Aubri is the founder of the Center for Systemic Arts and the developer of the model of Somatic Resonance and Attunement™. She works with individuals, families, groups and professionals to creatively explore and tend to our internal and ancestral systems. She is a mentor, therapist and facilitator focused on cultivating radical and embodied wholeness. She has over 20 years working and teaching in bio-psycho-spiritual health and creative spaces. .
Aubri is a multi-ancestry woman with a rich tapestry of 9 cultures and countries in her ancestral heritage. Her current work revolves around leading both in-person and online workshops and mentorships designed to provide support to the diverse personal, internal, and ancestral systems that profoundly influence our life experiences.
Aubri’s experience has shaped a non-pathologizing, embodied, evolving multi-system approach. She embraces the complexities of our existence with compassion, curiosity and creativity.
Her work is informed by many wisdom traditions, qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Sociology and Art History, clinical experience as a mental health occupational therapist, academic experience as a university educator, compassionate leadership training with the teachings of Bréne Brown and Miki Kashtan, her roles as a dancer, artist, yoga and mindfulness instructor, and her deep relationship and experience with expressive and fine art, poetry, compassion and movement as healers.

She has taught in community spaces, professional clinics and universities. She is respected in the wellness community and is passionate about teaching future practitioners this powerful medicine and way of relating in the world
